Duties as head-technician:

• I deliver, setup, and run audio/video equipment and software for our live and online game shows and dance parties.

• I maintain, fix, upgrade, and purchase equipment, computers, and software as needed.

• I coordinate other crews and train other technicians when needed.

• I communicate and plan with clients to ensure their audio and video requirements are met for their events.

Duties as operations manager​:

• I am responsible for creating, organizing, and sending paperwork like invoices, receipts, document templates, and work orders to our suppliers.

• I manage and record all financial data and bookkeeping for the business.

• I manage and maintain all technology for the business like cloud storage, email services, work computers, and more.

• I used to design and maintain our website for several years. An outside company now takes care of this.

• I design promo material for our services.

• I design, manage, and send out email campaigns.

• I design posters for events.

Accomplishments:

• When I started, the company was a disorganized mess. I transformed and improved the company into something much more efficient, professional, and profitable.

• As technician:

1. When I started, I took it upon myself to reorganize and properly maintain all the equipment, which was heavily neglected and disorganized from lack of leadership.

2. I created several custom game-show and video production software packages that vastly improved the quality of our shows from what they previously had, leading to higher sales overall.

3. Because of Covid, I designed a new virtual studio and online trivia game show. It's been a big success.

4. Because of my high standards for quality, efficiency, planning, and communication, I've transformed our events into highly successful and professional ones, with a track record of zero major failures. 

• As operations manager:

1. I helped rebuild the internal administrative workflow of the company into a much more organized and efficient system, resulting in much-improved productivity and profit.

2. I wrote an entire invoicing and bookkeeping software package for myself that keeps track of our events, client details, and automates the creation and sending of invoices, receipts, and other paperwork. 

3. I redesigned a lot of their badly designed website and promo material into something much more professional-looking and effective.
